Village Bakery’s Bread Offerings
Athens Hills CSA

You will get one loaf of bread each week with your share if you choose the Combination Share or the A la Carte bread option.

The folks at Village Bakery and Café are famous for their baked goods. They make a point of using ‘real food from real family farms’ like ours for the ingredients. The bread type will change each week throughout the season and may include such varieties as Honey Oat or Bavarian Rye.

Integration Acres’ Cheese Offerings

The Cheese Shares provided by Integration Acres will be a selection of the following:

PASTEURIZED GOAT CHEESES
Chèvre: ball of pasteurized fresh soft cheese, lightly salted.
Griffin’s Dream: puck-shaped aged chèvre with a soft ripened rind and creamy interior.
Smoky Goat: patty of pasteurized fresh soft cheese coated with salt, pepper and ground spicebush berries, and lightly smoked with apple wood.
Blue: wedge of pasteurized Castello-style cheese, lightly salted and aged for six weeks.
Chase Cheddar: wedge of pasteurized hard cheese, aged for a minimum of 60 days.
Feta: wedge of pasteurized fresh cheese, brined for a classic Feta flavor and texture.
Tomme: wedge of pasteurized hard cheese with a natural rind and aged for a minimum of 60 days.
Gouda: wedge of pasteurized hard cheese, aged for a minimum of 60 days.

RAW MILK GOAT CHEESES
Aged Feta: wedge of raw milk cheese, brined for a classic Feta flavor and texture, aged for a minimum of 60 days.
Gouda: wedge of raw milk hard cheese, aged for a minimum of 60 days.

PASTEURIZED COW CHEESES
Fromage Blanc: pasteurized, spreadable soft cheese, lightly salted.

Snowville Creamery Milk
(for the Combination Plan or as an A La Carte Item)

This milk comes from local farms. The milk is pasteurized at the lowest legal temperature to preserve the nutrition. It’s not homogenized, so the cream is on the top. Although the milk is not organic, the freshness and flavor of the milk speaks for itself. You choose which type of half gallon: whole, 2% or non-fat milk. Plain yogurt and chocolate milk are available as well.

The Sweet Share includes one 8 oz bottle of Sticky Pete’s Maple Syrup and one 12 oz jar of Cantrell Honey.

Both are Athens County products.

All of our greens and vegetables are 100% Certified Organic.
