	This includes a selection of our farm-grown organic vegetables & mushrooms (see availibility dates) with each share. Delivery of the shares is once a week, every week for twenty weeks. ___ Full Share: Paid in Full  $550.00 ___ Full Share: Payment Plan			This includes the same array of our organic vegetables, a selection of fruit from Cherry Orchards, a dinner loaf of bread from Village Bakery & one Half Gallon of Snowville Creamery’s Whole Milk.   Delivery of the veggies, bread & milk is once a week, every week for twenty weeks. 	This also includes an array of our farm-grown organic vegetables & mushrooms from what is available throughout the season. Delivery of these shares is once a week, every other week, for a total of ten weeks. ___ Half Share: Paid in Full  $300.00 ___ Half Share: Payment Plan			This share also includes our organic vegetables, as well as the fruit, bread & milk from our partners throughout the season. Delivery of these shares is once a week, every other week, for a total of ten weeks, keeping in mind that the fruit begins in December and will go through the end the first week of March. ___ Half Share: Paid in Full  $460.00 ___ Half Share: Payment Plan
		Columbus Pick Up Options
	You can choose from  four convenient pickup locations located throughout Columbus:  Bexley, Upper Arlington, New Albany, and Clintonville.  The delivery day is Wednesday.  Please call 740-448-4021 or email greenedgegardens@verizon.net for the specific locations in each neighborhood or with any other questions you might have. Which pick-up location is your first choice? (Mark with #1). Which pick-up location is your second choice? Mark with # 2) _____ Clintonville:  A private residence on Tibet Rd. _____ Upper Arlington:  NOTE: This is a different location than the summer site.    _____  New Albany:  A private residence on St. Rt. 605  _____ Bexley Natural Market:  A business on N. Cassady _____ Westerville: This location yet to be decided.* *This Columbus pick-up location is tentative since we need at least 10 Full Shares or the equivalent to drop-off there. This is why it is important to list a second choice. We will let you know what your pick-up location will be as soon as possible so you can plan accordingly.
